Facebook Lead Form

Facebook Lead Form

If you run lead-generation ads on Facebook, you know how important it is to act fast — the quicker you reach a lead, the better your chances of converting them. But manually downloading leads from Facebook and uploading them into your CRM wastes precious time, and leads can slip through the cracks.

This integration solves exactly that. By connecting Facebook with telecrm, every lead who fills out your Facebook lead form flows into telecrm automatically, in real time — already mapped to the right fields and assigned to the right team member, ready to be called.

Let's dive in to understand the process.

Steps to Integrate Facebook Lead Forms with telecrm

  1. Open the telecrm web application, click on the Integrations icon in the side navigation bar, and click on Facebook – Activate Now.
  2. Open the Configurations section and log in using your Facebook Business account. Make sure this account is connected with all the active Facebook pages, lead forms, and ad campaigns you want to integrate with telecrm.
  3. Click on Add Lead Form, and in the first step, select your active Facebook page. Note that the Facebook ad campaign must be live — only then will the active page and its associated lead forms appear inside telecrm.
  4. In the next step, select the lead form you want. If a single page has multiple lead forms, you'll need to integrate each one separately, selecting one form at a time. After selecting, click Next.
  5. You'll now reach the Lead Field Mapping page. The left side shows your Facebook form questions, and the right side shows your telecrm lead fields. The goal is to make sure the information submitted through Facebook lands in the correct telecrm field — for example, Full Name maps to the Name field, Phone Number to the Phone field, and Email Address to the Email field.
  6. If a Facebook question doesn't have a matching telecrm field, you can create one on the spot. Click Select telecrm Field to Map, click Custom, then Create Custom Field. Enter the field name, choose the appropriate field type, and click Create — the new custom field is added instantly.
  7. telecrm strongly recommends creating and mapping these Facebook tracking fields during setup: Facebook Campaign, Facebook Ad, Facebook Ad Set Name, Facebook Ad Set ID, and Facebook Lead ID. These are important for tracking ad performance, campaign-level reporting, and future Meta Conversions API integrations that send conversion data back to Meta. Once all mappings are done, click Next.
  8. Now create a campaign for your incoming Facebook leads — this keeps your leads organized and makes them easier to track by campaign or form. You can either create a fresh campaign or use an existing one (click Create New Campaign at the top-right, then select Use Existing Campaign). Once done, click Next.
  9. Next, decide which team members will work on these leads. Select the required users one by one and enable "Distribute leads among selected active users only". This way, if a selected user is on leave or inactive, telecrm automatically assigns the lead to another active member — so no lead goes to waste.
  10. You'll also see the option "If no active user available, then assign to". Here, select a backup team member who receives the leads if all assigned users are unavailable. Once configured, click Next.
  11. telecrm will now ask which leads you want to import. You can import All Leads (every old and new lead tied to that form), or choose Selected Date Leads — click Select Dates, choose a start date, and import leads from that date onward. After selecting, click Next.
  12. Your Facebook lead form integration is now complete. Click View Campaign to be taken to the campaign containing all your imported Facebook leads.
  13. To integrate other lead forms on the same Facebook page, simply repeat the process — select the next lead form and complete the mapping and distribution again. Each form needs to be integrated separately.14. If needed, you can also integrate multiple Facebook accounts with telecrm, each with its own pages and lead forms connected. (Optional)
  14. Once integrated, all incoming Facebook leads sync into telecrm automatically in real time and get assigned based on the distribution settings you configured.

From here, every new lead from your Facebook ads flows straight into telecrm the moment they submit the form — mapped to the right fields, sorted into the right campaign, and assigned to an active team member automatically. No manual downloads, no delays, and no leads left behind.
