telecrm Integrations
WooCommerce Integration
If you run your store on WooCommerce, this integration connects it directly with telecrm — so every order that comes in turns into a lead automatically, with no manual entry in between.
Once it's set up, your new orders, order updates, and customer signups all flow straight into telecrm, complete with order details like amount, status, and items. You can auto-assign these leads to the right team members and keep your list clean with built-in duplicate detection.
Let's dive in.
Let's understand the Steps to integrate WooCommerce with telecrm
Section 1: Setup inside telecrm
1. Open the telecrm web app.
2. From the side navigation bar, click on Integrations, search for WooCommerce, and click on the Activate Now button.
3. Open the Configuration tab and click Integrate WooCommerce. This opens the WooCommerce Fields mapping page.
4. On the left side, you will find the Columns of WooCommerce, whereas telecrm custom fields are present on the right side for mapping. Map all the needed fields one by one. You may create New Custom Fields directly if any option does not exist.
5. Adding to it, recommended mapping is: Order ID, Order Status, Amount, Items, Notes, and both Creation Time and Modification Time Fields.
6. Set up duplicate detection by choosing to Check Duplicates on the Unique Identifier of your workspace. This prevents duplicate customer entries and repeated lead creation. Then click Next.
7. Choose how you want to handle the Calling list or Campaign created for these leads. You can create a new campaign, merge these leads into an existing campaign or skip campaign tagging altogether. Once selected, click Next.
8. Configure lead distribution by selecting the team members who should receive WooCommerce leads. It's recommended to enable "Distribute leads among selected active users only", so orders are assigned only to active agents and never land with someone unavailable or on leave. Select a member to whom the leads should be assigned in the absence of the above-selected user.
9. Click Distribute Leads, then click Next.
10. Click Download API Docs. A PDF will download containing your unique telecrm Webhook URL, which will be needed in the upcoming steps.
11. Your integration is now set up on the telecrm side. The WooCommerce integration card will show View Leads, Sync Status, and Assigned Team Members.
Section 2: Setup on the WordPress Admin Panel:
12. Now switch to the WordPress admin panel of yours and log in.
13. Navigate to the WooCommerce option on the side navigation bar → click on Settings → click on Advanced → And now on Webhooks.
14. Click the Add Webhook option.
15. Fill in the webhook form with these values: Name as "telecrm — Order Created" or any name that you choose, Status as Active, Topic as Order Created (for creating new leads) or Order Updated (to update existing leads data), Delivery URL as the telecrm Webhook URL you downloaded, an optional Secret key, and the API Version left at Default / Latest.
16. Click Save Webhook.
17. Optionally, you can add more webhooks for other WooCommerce events. The most useful topics are Order Created, Order Updated, Order Paid (tracks successful payments), and Customer Created (captures customer signups). Coupon and Product events are usually not required for lead syncing.
Section 3: Final Testing and Review:
18. To test the integration, place a test WooCommerce order.
19. Open the All Leads section inside telecrm. Within a few seconds, a new lead should appear with the order details synced automatically.
Key Takeaways:
- The Webhook URL is workspace-specific, so always use the unique URL generated by your own telecrm workspace.
- Order Created is the most important topic — it's what turns every WooCommerce order into a telecrm lead.
- Keep your webhooks set to Active; inactive webhooks won't send any order data to telecrm.
And that's all you need to learn in order to connect your WooCommerce with telecrm.
Now every order syncs in on its own — turning new orders, updates, and signups into leads, assigning them to the right people with all relevant information.
