Introduction and Prerequisites




Imagine you run a coaching institute. A new lead messages you on WhatsApp asking about your courses. Instead of going back and forth asking "Which course are you interested in? What's your budget? When do you want to start?" — you simply send them one WhatsApp message with a button. They tap it, fill a quick form right inside WhatsApp, and submit. You instantly get all the information you need — structured and clean — right on the lead in telecrm.

That button and that form — that is WhatsApp Flows.


Pre-requisites


Make sure these two things are already done before setting up the WhatsApp Flows:


  • Your WhatsApp Cloud API is connected to your telecrm workspace. If not, watch the WhatsApp Cloud API Setup video first or contact your Account Manager.
  • You have access to your Meta Business Manager account, and your account is verified.


So now you know what WhatsApp Flows is, how it works, and what you need to have in place before getting started.

Once you have the prerequisites in place, head to the next video where we will open Meta Business Manager and start building the form and the template from scratch.
