Telecrm Admin LMS
Add a Single User via Web App
In this module, you will learn how to add a single user to your team in telecrm.
You can add a user using either the mobile app or the web app. If you want to add multiple users in one step using Excel, that option is available only in the web app.
Before you begin, keep the required details ready. You will need the user’s name, email address, phone number, role, and, if your workspace uses detailed access controls, the correct permission template.
Please note that the email address entered here will be used by the user to log in and authenticate their account.
Steps:
Now, let’s begin from the telecrm home page.
- Open the Settings menu and go to the Team page.
- Once the Team page loads, click on the Add User button.
- From the available options, choose Add Single User.
- Now enter the user’s details. Fill in the name, email address, and phone number. Then choose the appropriate role and assign the required license.
- In telecrm, common user roles include Admin, Caller, Manager, and Marketing User.
- In many cases, initials, password, and permission template are auto-assigned by the system. You can keep these default values, or change them if required.
- If you are adding a Caller, you can also assign that user to a reporting manager.
- This is important because the reporting manager will be able to view that caller’s leads and activities inside telecrm.
- In the Reporting To field, select the appropriate manager.
- The list will show users in your team who have been assigned the Manager role.
- Once all details have been reviewed, click Create User to add the new team member to your workspace.
- After the user is created, telecrm sends the login credentials to the team member by email.
- If needed, you can also download the credentials file and share it manually.
- This file usually contains the workspace URL, the user’s email address, and the password.
You have now learned how to add a single user in telecrm, assign the correct role, map a caller to a manager, and share login credentials.
In the next module, you will learn how to add multiple users using Excel in the telecrm web app.
