How to assign a license
Now that your users have been added to telecrm, the next step is to assign them Pro licenses so they can access all the Pro features of your workspace. There are two ways to do this — you can assign a license to a single user or do it in bulk for multiple users at once.
Let's understand how to assign a Pro license to an individual user:
1. Navigate to the Settings option.
2. Click on Users.
3. Click on the user to whom the license needs to be assigned.
4. Click on Edit User Details.
5. Scroll down and click on the License option.
6. You will see the available licenses — select one to activate it.
7. Click on Save Changes to complete the assignment process.
Your free user is now an activated Pro user of your workspace!
That's how you can assign a license to a single user. Now, let's understand the process of assigning the license in bulk.
1. First, filter all of the free/expired users.
2. Select all the free/expired users.
3. Click on the Assign License option.
4. Click on License and then Apply.
And just like that, you have upgraded multiple free users to Pro in a matter of clicks!
