All Leads page
The All Leads page gives you a complete view of every lead in your workspace — whether it was added manually or captured automatically. It's the one place where your team can apply filter conditions to quickly find the exact leads they're looking for.
You can also set up your own custom table view and save your favorite filter conditions as shortcuts. Let's understand everything one by one.
Steps:
- Navigate to the side menu bar. Click the funnel icon. This opens the Filters tab.
- Now click on "All Leads." This will show you the full list of leads.
- Each row on this page is one lead. Each column shows information about that lead — like their name, status, who it is assigned to, and so on.
- Click on the Lead to view the entire Activity history of it. If you want to move on to the next lead while calling, click on the next option.
- You can choose which columns to show. This way, you only see the information you need.
Section 1: Customizing the Lead Column view
- Click on the Columns option at the top right.
- It will open the list of lead fields. At the top, it shows the already selected fields in the column view, and moving further, the available fields are shown for you to choose from.
- In this example, we will include Industry in our View.
- You can add 12 fields max. in the column view.
- Click on the Update View option so that the necessary selections are updated.
- You can resize the rows when needed.
Section 2: Search for a Lead
- At the top of the page, there is a search bar. Type a name, phone number, or email. The list will update right away and show you that lead.
- You can utilise this option to streamline your results even for the lead fields.
- Tap on the list, and you will find other options, too.
- In order to enable more fields for this search bar, you can easily navigate to the Settings Option, Lead Fields, and tap on the field name that you want to see search on the All Leads page.
- Click on the Properties option and enable "Searchable".
- Important Remark: The Searchable access is available for Text, Phone, Email, and Dropdown Field types.
Section 3: Applying Quick Filters
- Next to the search bar, you will see some quick filter buttons. These are already set up for you:
"All Active Leads" shows leads that are in your Active pipeline.
"Leads Assigned to me" shows leads that are primarily assigned or were reassigned to you.
"My Leads" shows leads that are assigned to you.
- You can create multiple quick filters for yourself. Click on the All Leads tab and the Filters option.
- Now, select the right filter condition; let's say Created On Today's New Leads.
- The matching results will appear.
Section 4: Create Your Own Filter and Save.
- Now, let's say you want to save the same condition of Today's New Leads; to do so, click the plus icon. This opens the filter builder.
- Here, you can add the Created On Today condition.
- Click on the three dots to give it a name so you remember what it does.
- Click on the Save view option.
- We have a few other options associated with the filter view, such as Unpin view (to remove from the default view), Share (to share with other members), Clone, and Delete.
Step 5: Taking Bulk Actions on Leads
- You can select more than one lead at a time using the checkboxes on which you need to perform any Bulk Action, or you can also select all leads at once.
- From here, you can Bulk Edit the leads, export leads report, export activity or action report, export sales form report, bulk summarize Call-IQ, create a New campaign, or delete, based on the requirement.
Step 6: Changing the default number of leads on the page
- By default, 20 leads are shown on the All Leads page.
- It can be customized to 50 or 100 so that you are able to view more leads at once.
Section 7: Viewing the Chart view reports
- Click on the chart report icon.
- You can view the Chart reports of all leads or selected filtered leads anytime.
And that's all you need to understand about the All Leads page.
From viewing a single lead to exploring the filters and performing bulk actions, everything is in the same place.
