Reactivate a Deleted User
So, someone who previously left your organisation has rejoined the team, or you want to bring them back on a project — no need to create a new account from scratch. telecrm lets you simply reactivate their deleted account in just a few steps. Let's see how.
1. Navigate to the Settings tab
2. Click on the Users option
3. At the top right, click on the Status Filter
4. Select the Deleted filter and click on the Apply button
5. The list of all deleted users will now appear
6. Tap on the name of the user you want to reactivate
7. Click on the Reactivate User option
8. The user is now successfully reactivated
Now that the user is reactivated, let's go ahead and assign a license to them.
1. Go to the Users page
2. Search for the reactivated user
3. Select the user
4. Click on the Assign Licenses option
5. Select the license and click on the Apply button
The license is now assigned, and the user is ready to go.
And that's it! Your user is reactivated and has a license assigned — they can jump right back in without any hassle.
