Labels or Lists

There are times when you need to group certain leads into their own bucket — not through a lead stage or field, but for your own personalized use case or business requirement.

Maybe you don't want to disturb the overall workspace setup and funnel. Or you'd rather these leads stay visible only to you, be shared with a few specific members, or even be made public for everyone — but with control over who can just view them and who can actually edit them.

That's exactly what Labels, or Lists, are for. They let you create your own private grouping of leads, on top of your existing setup, without affecting anyone else's

Now let's understand the steps to create labels or lists in telecrm

  1. Open the telecrm web application and navigate to the My Lists icon on the side navigation bar.
  2. Click on the Create List option, then click on Add List.
  3. Give your List or Label a suitable name to create a specific category — for example, Hot Leads, Interested Customers, Follow-up Pending, or Premium Clients.
  4. Select a List color of your choice for easy identification, then click on Proceed.
  5. By default, the List stays Private — only you, as the creator, can see it, and no other team member will have visibility.
  6. To change this, click on the newly created Label/List, then click on the Private status option at the top-right corner.
  7. You'll see three visibility options to choose from:
  • Public — makes the List visible to everyone in the organization. If you want to use this List in Workflow Automations, also enable the Show in Automations checkbox.
  • Private — keeps the List accessible only to you.
  • Shared — shares the List with specific team members, where you decide each person's access level: View Access lets them only view the List, while Edit Access lets them view and make changes.
  1. To edit or remove a List anytime, click on the 3 dots at the top-right corner and choose Edit List or Delete List.
  2. Finally, use the report option to view the Leads Report of that specific List in Chart View format — helping you track Status Analysis, Lost Reasons, Assignee, Rating, Call Status, Number of Calls Placed, and Custom Fields and Filters within that List.

And that's all you need to do to create and manage personalized Labels in telecrm. You now have a simple way to group leads into your own buckets — completely separate from your main funnel — and control exactly who can view or edit them.

You can edit, share, or pull chart-based reports from these Labels anytime as your requirements change.
